Our blueprint for individual transformation and organisational adaptation, is the brainchild of our founder, and aligns evolutionary thinking regarding self-interest with the need for sustainable growth and development. In this, our innovative approach addresses the individual, sub-groups, and their interactions, and how the interactions of these groups impact the rest of the world. Our programs focus on removing barriers to potential, by creating space for innate wisdom to grow within its recipients.

Managing Director
Steph is the founder of New Business Thinking and the creator of models for self-directed transformation and organisational well-being. He has over 20 years experience working with thousands of leaders across the globe. He has experienced first hand the problems facing organisations and has made it his mission to make a difference.
Stephen East
Digital Content Producer
Stephen brings with him extensive industry experience working with the medium of film and photography. As a content creator, Stephen has an academic background in screen arts and performance studies and works to capture and broadcast the essence of any subject matter he works with. He is New Business Thinking's digital content creative.
